Terms and Conditions governing use of the RunAway GetAway News Feed ("News Feed").

You are granted a royalty-free, revocable, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive license to display on your website the headlines, links, source identifiiers, and content that you receive from RunAway GetAway through the News Feed service, providing that you do not modify, edit, or delete any of the content or material.

We may restrict or terminate your access to the News Feed at any time without liability. We reserve the right to modify the News Feed at any time at our sole discretion. The News Feed content is subject to change at any time at our sole discretion.

The content is protected by copyright laws and content remains the property of Ken Gorman.

You may not sell, alter, copy, translate, publish, distribute, or otherwise desseminate the News Feed or any portion thereof. You may not delete or fail to display any promotional taglines or links included in the News Feed. You will display all content of the News Feed in the exact form received by you. You may not alter any hyperlinks in the News Feed nor defeat in any way the redirection to the appropriate web page when a user clicks on a hyperlink including the news item headline. You shall not display the feed content in such a manner that does not allow for successful linking and redirection and delivery of the News Feed or the RunAway GetAway web site.You may not frame the News Feed.

You may not remove or conceal in any way any copyright or other proprietary notice or credits or dates or course identifiers. You may not use the content on any website that contains nudity or pornographic material of any kind, displays material that exploits children under the afe of 18, provides material that is offensive, includes expressions of bigotry, racism, prejudice, hatred or profanity, promotes illegal activity or physical harm against any group or individual, or use the content in any manner that is obscene, defamatory, libelous, or misleading.

We assume no liability for your activity in connection with the News Feed including development, operation, and maintenance of your website. You will not attempt to hide your identity or compromise the security of any account, or interfere with or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the News Feed service.

Under no circumstances shall we be liable to you or any other person for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind including damages for loss of profits, loss of goodwill, work stoppage, accuracy of services, content or results, computer malfunction, or any and all other commercial damages or losses.

You hereby agree to fully indemnify, defend and hold the owners of the News Feed and RunAway GetAway harmless from and against any and all claims, liability, losses, costs and expenses incurred by you in connection with any use or alleged use of the News Feed through your account by any person whether or not authorized by you.

The term of the license will begin when you commence displaying any content of the News Feed, and terminate when you terminate displaying content of the news feed and remove all copies of the news feed content from you website, hard drives, networks, and other storage media. We reserve the right to terminate this license at any time without liability at which time you agree to terminate using the service and remove all copies of content of the News Feed.

This agreement represents the complete agreement concerning this license and supercedes all prior agreements and representations. This agreement shall be governed by and contrued under the internal laws and jurisduction of the State of California.
