The Alliance Program
•
Vacation markets are assigned to qualified VR providers on a first-come-first-served
basis and at the sole discretion of the Alliance.
• Once a membership request is accepted and the link box appears
on the member's home page, lock-in of the vacation market to the member
thereby granting exclusivity of the market occurs.
• HTML code for the link box is provided by the Alliance. Changes
to the code may be considered by the Alliance on a case by case basis
and are only allowed with written consent from the Alliance.
• The link box must remain on the member’s home page to
maintain exclusivity of the vacation market. Removal of the link box
without consent from the Alliance may cause discontinuation of the membership
without fee refunds.
• The Alliance develops the member’s Destination page. Content
for the member listing section is provided by the member. Space allocation
and content, including photos, for the listing is variable, but the
Alliance has sole discretion as to total space granted to the member.
• The Alliance posts “coming soon” items for new members
on the two RSS feeds. The member provides content to replace the “coming
soon” postings. The member may directly post those replacement
items and subsequent items from time to time, or request the Alliance
to post the items on a fist-come-first served basis.
• The annual membership period begins once the member listing
section of the Destination page is online and the “coming soon”
items are posted on the two feeds. Membership fee payment is due within
7 days after commencement of the membership period.
• The membership fee is $12/month and paid annually. To ensure
uninterrupted services and continuation of market exclusivity, renewal
payments are due 30 pays prior to expiration.
