RunAway GetAway Vacation Rentals Alliance ("RAGA") is a free, by-invitation, membership-based website marketing service. As a condition of membership, RAGA members post RAGA-provided code ("EasyWay Code") on their website home page. For the purpose of providing a member cross-referral system, the EasyWay Code contains hypertext links to websites of other (but not all) RAGA members and to some (but not all) member "Destination" pages that are interior to the RAGA website. Just as the EasyWay Code that you post on your site includes links to other member websites, the EasyWay Code that other (but not all) RAGA members post contains links that link to your website. RAGA can not and does not make any warranties, guarantees, or promises regarding any benefits or consequences, favorable or unfavorable, of using RAGA services, including but not limited to insertion of EasyWay Code onto your website. You agree to install the EasyWay Code as-is, without altering it in any way unless by prior arrangement with RAGA. If you are unsure as to the nature of the code and/or effects of placing links on your website, you are advised to seek expert opinion. You may terminate your RAGA membership at any time by removing EasyWay Code from your website. In the event you terminate membership, links from other members websites to your website will remain in place until those members install new EasyWay Code on their website that eliminates those links to your website. RAGA does not specify and cannot control how much time elapses from your termination of membership until removal of links to your website from other members' websites. RAGA reserves the right to terminate your membership at its sole discretion. If membership is so terminated, you agree to promptly remove EasyWay Code from your website. You agree to hold RAGA and its owners, representatives and members harmless from any consequences of your membership in RAGA. Installing EasyWay Code onto your website signifies your understanding and agreement with these Terms of Service and acceptance of membership into RAGA.
