The Currituck Club
In a salute to noteworthy new courses, Golf Magazine awarded the phenomenal 6,888 yard, par 72 Currituck Club course a coveted spot on its list of "Top 10 You Can Play".

Outer Banks Forum for the Lively Arts
The mission of the Outer Banks Forum for the Lively Arts is to promote the appreciation of and involvement in the performing arts on the Outer Banks and nearby areas through the presentation of an annual affordable series of concerts by diverse artists, integrated with activities of other community organizations.

The Lost Colony
A 400 year-old mystery haunts Roanoke Island on North Carolina's Outer Banks. There, in 1587, about 120 men, women and children established the first English colony in the New World, then vanished without a trace, leaving historians and archaeologists with one of America's most perplexing mysteries.
